Our Oxford Sandy & Black pigs are free to root, forage and wallow. Kept outside on pasture year round, they grow naturally. Their meat has fantastic marbling, superb flavour and we are excited to share it with you.

The Quarter Pig Pork Box offers a great value selection of pork cuts from our rare breed, free range pigs. Each box contains approx 12kg of pedigree pork cuts. The pork boxes offer a great range of cuts, typically including; 4 roasting joints (shoulder, leg, rack of loin and a piece of belly), diced shoulder, leg strips, liver, spareribs, 2kg of sausages and chipolatas, mince, pork bones and a trotter (great for making your own bone broth).

Our bacon is dry-cured using our own cure mix, then cold smoked over applewood which gives a lovely light, sweet smoke flavour to the bacon. Thick cut, it makes for an epic bacon sarnie…

Dry-cured using our own cure mix, we use single muscle cuts from the leg to produce our gammon. We find these smaller joints more versatile and manageable. Vac packed ready for you to cook and enjoy at home.

We endeavour to use as much of our pigs as possible. Rendered from our fresh pork, this creamy, white lard will last for months in the fridge. Ready and waiting to roast your potatoes - or anything else for that matter. Great in pastry too!

We’re excited to bring you produce from our veg patch, orchard and hens alongside our free range pork. Everything we offer is an extension of what we grow and produce for ourselves as a family.

Our hens come in all shapes, sizes and colours - and so do their eggs. Our flock include traditional breeds like Sussex, Maran and Araucana as well as hybrids and rescued ex-commercial hens.

Okay, so we don’t grow mangoes, but Tania created her own recipe and has been making this mango chutney for a good few years now. It is THE BEST accompaniment in a sausage sandwich. Our neighbour who makes a gazillion jars of jam and chutney asked for the recipe, so it must be good.
